Choi Hansol, a sole proprietor registered in the Republic of Korea under the trade name Lodestar and operating the Duckgu Studio brand, operates ExcelEscape (칼퇴시트) for launch in the Republic of Korea. The current implementation is a free beta spreadsheet puzzle service, while its future commercial status is undecided. Its `/work` experience and legacy `/play` route save progress differently, so they are described separately below.
Information we process
Apple sign-in is not currently active. The beta has no payment or subscription processing. A dormant manual Google AdSense home-page slot remains in the source, but it is disconnected from the application and hard-disabled for the current release. The current build makes no advertising request, and the service will launch without ads.
If advertising is considered later, Duckgu Studio will update the applicable policy and terms, provide advance notice, and obtain consent or provide opt-out controls where required by law before activation. Any future ads must remain non-personalized with teen treatment; must not target minors; must not use puzzle-cell content, inquiry content, age information, or other sensitive content for targeting; and may appear only on the neutral home screen, never on puzzle, sign-in, inquiry, account, admin, or legal screens. Auto Ads must remain disabled.
Analytics and optional marketing email or push notifications are planned but are not active. They may be enabled only after the policy, choices, age protections, international-transfer details, and disclosures match the implementation.

External services and overseas processing
These providers may process information outside your country under their own privacy terms. The final analytics, marketing email, and push providers and settings remain pending. Their data categories, receiving entities and countries, transfer method and timing, retention, safeguards, age restrictions, consent, and opt-out controls must be confirmed before activation.

Your choices and rights
You can use the current `/work` route without sending its progress to Duckgu Studio. Remove browser-local data with the service reset control or your browser’s site-data controls.
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent through privacy@duckgustudio.com. We may verify your identity before acting.
Age, security, and changes
The minimum age is 14. If you have not reached the age of majority where you live, you may use ExcelEscape only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Users under 14 may not use the service because no child-account or verified-parental-consent program is offered at launch. If we learn that an under-14 user provided information, we will restrict access and take reasonable steps to delete the information as required.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Material changes will be announced on the service before they take effect.
